Description : Coal to Cowes - A Scenario for IOW Network Route v5.5 Version 2 to update references to original (missing) siding marker name. I revisited this route to see for myself how it's stood up to TS2012/TSR treatment etc.. I was very pleasantly surprised. The colours and rich fauna are a joy. I'm not saying the whole route will run well but this little corner certainly did. I had to create some additional markers to 'prompt' the dispatcher to path the train where I wanted it to go! I don't think these make any changes to the route and are just scenario specific. So what's it all about then? Take a Terrier, 4 loaded coal wagons and a brake van from the dockside at Medina Wharf to Cowes, where you will, after running around, put the coal wagons into the Coal Siding. Taking the brake van with you pick up 3 empty wagons from Siding 1. Then head back to Medina Wharf where the scenario will end. Use the 2D map to keep an eye on paths being set correctly by the dispatcher and to set manual points when neccessary. The activity should take no longer than 30 mins but if you need time to work out the geography then there's no rush or pressure. You wont need to go faster than 20mph so just enjoy the drive and the scenery. Stock is all freeware, as is the route so a huge thanks to the creators. Route info:- UKTS25933 IOW Network v5.5, UKTS25994 patch and UKTS25926, 25928 and 25932 Asset Packs You will need the RSDL Island Line installed for the Terrier cab view. I don't know if you need it for IOW Network Route to run. Like I said it's been a long time since I downloaded this route and stock items and I really can't be 100% about anything.
